The Enugu state Football Association has congratulated their chairman, Barrister Tony Ugwu for his appointment as Special Adviser on Rural Development by the Governor of the State, Barrister Peter Mbah.
In a release signed by the Media Officer of the Enugu State Football Association, the association said, Barrister Ugwu’s appointment was well deserved and a testimony to his meritorious service and positive contributions to the state.
The statement continues, “ Barr. Tony ugwu is a tested and trusted chairman who has displayed exceptional leadership qualities both in his private and public career, which has endeared him as an inspirational leader, caregiver to the downtrodden and the grassroots at the Rural areas”.

The board members went further to express their sincere gratitude to his excellency, Governor Mbah for conferring Barr. Ugwu with this prestigious appointment as well as reaffirming that Barr. Tony Ugwu will, no doubt, contribute immensely to the growth and overall success of the administration of Dr, Mbah.
